The Chefs Soirée, now in its 5th year, is one of St. Mary’s premier and most popular events! Come sip wine, learn, and enjoy a fabulous meal! Auburn, Maine’s own Chef Scott Johnson “voted one of America’s Top Chefs”, by Esquire Magazine, will take us through the history of Maine food and how the Maine economy has depended on its oceans and farmlands over time. Mr. Johnson has volunteered his time and talent for the last 2 years at the Nutrition Center and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to feature him in 2010.

Proceeds from the event will support St. Mary’s Nutrition Center of Maine (NC). The NC’s program areas include Lots to Garden (an urban garden program), food pantry, and nutrition education.

Each year is different than the last! Don’t miss out on this truly unique evening! Reservations are required.
