Bundle of Joy in Christmas Stockings!

Friday, December 3rd, 2010
Each December, St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center gives away Christmas stockings to every baby born at the Family Birthing Center. They couldn’t do it without the help of Gisele Gagnon, one of the hospital’s volunteers. Starting in October, Gisele begins to cut and sew some 60 stockings. It takes her about one and a half hours to make each stocking. She says it’s a labor of love and looks forward to doing it each year.
